What Is the Warranty for the light?
For the light fixture, we have 18 month warranty. We are confident of our product, usually If you find the light is out of work, please check whether the bulb is broken.
How about the Water-proof function?
Considering the the situation of navigation, when we design and develop a lamp or connector, we will test and inspect several times to make sure all of them have a wonderful water-proof performance. Most of our products is IP 56.
Will your light works on a dimmer switch?
Except few types, such as the chart light, the reading light which are used in cabin has the dimmable function, others(marine navigation signal light, marine fluorescent light) are without the dimmable function. But we can provide different power illuminant for your selection.
Does your light support AC/DC?
Yes, our light fixture support both alternating current and direct current:
AC: 12V 24V
DC: 110V 220V 380V 440V
What is the AC Voltage tolerance for your light?
The AC voltage tolerance is +/-10%.
Service & Logistics Issues
Will you provide sample?
Yes, we can provide sample, but the courier fees should be paid by the buyer.
What Is the MOQ?
Our MOQ is 10 PCS.
How about the payment?
Payment term: T/T or L/C, 100% payment or 30% deposit, 70% balance payment before delivery.
Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
For small order, express will be the best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Can we get support if we have our own market position?
